2. Applicability
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
For consumers, all mandatory rights under applicable Dutch and European consumer law remain fully in force.
3. Products
G-StylesOutlet sells various types of products.
Some of our products are shipped from stock or directly by external suppliers.
In addition, we sell print-on-demand products that are only manufactured after an order has been received.
We try to present product photos, colors, sizes, specifications, and descriptions as accurately as possible.
Due to differences between screens, materials, and production processes, minor variations may occur.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an electronic order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including:
• obvious price or technical errors;
• suspected fraud;
• payment issues;
• unavailable products;
• incorrect or incomplete customer details;
• circumstances that make fulfillment reasonably impossible.
If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will refund the amount concerned.
5. Prices
Prices shown to consumers include applicable VAT where required under applicable regulations, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Any shipping costs are shown before you complete your order.
6. Payment
The available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
7. Delivery
Products may be shipped from various warehouses, suppliers, fulfillment centers, and production locations.
As a result, a single order may be delivered in multiple packages.
For print-on-demand products, production usually only begins after the order has been successfully placed.
The expected delivery time is indicated, where possible, during the ordering process or in order communications.
8. Right of withdrawal
For online purchases, a consumer generally has a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days.
This period generally starts on the day after you, or a third party designated by you, receives the product.
Within this period, you may notify us that you wish to cancel the agreement, without giving any reason.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a maximum of 14 days to return the product.
Certain products that are legally exempt are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
This may, for example, apply to products made to your specifications or that are clearly personalized.
The fact that a standard product is manufactured via print-on-demand only after ordering does not, in itself, automatically mean that it is personalized.
9. Returns
Returns must be sent to the return address stated in our Return Policy.
For a standard return based on the statutory right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer where this was clearly communicated prior to purchase.
Your statutory rights apply in the case of incorrectly delivered, damaged, or defective products.
10. Refunds
When you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amounts to which you are legally entitled.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof that the product has been returned.

12. Statutory warranty
A delivered product must conform to what you could reasonably expect based on the agreement.
If a product does not conform to the agreement, you have the rights granted to you under applicable consumer law.

Text, logos, designs, images, graphic elements, and other content on our website may be protected by copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights.
This content may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
14. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability or consumer rights that may not be excluded under mandatory law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages that were not reasonably foreseeable.
15. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Your mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
16. Applicable law
For consumers in the Netherlands, the mandatory provisions of Dutch and European consumer law remain applicable.
A choice of law may not deprive the consumer of the protection to which they are entitled under mandatory law.
17. Changes
We may amend these terms and conditions.
The terms that applied at the time an order was placed generally remain applicable to that order.
